Organic herb cultivation
In harmony with nature, we grow beautiful flowering herbs, the finest lemon balm, mint and many other herbs on the sunny slopes of Barbian above the Eisack valley.
With over 100 herbs, which are sown, cherished, cared for and processed according to strict organic cultivation methods, we produce exquisite organic herbal compositions. The pure power and beauty of nature - of course without additives.
In our online shop or in the farm shop you can purchase these organic herbal compositions as a lovely herbal mix, soap, spice mix, etc. You can also find us and our products at the Christmas market in Klausen.
From May to the beginning of October we offer garden tours that take place every Friday at 3 p.m. in Italian and at 4 p.m. in German.
